Boxing Programs

Legends Boxing Fitness programs are step-by-step classes that will take you through the boxing fundamentals. These classes are fun, intense, and exciting opportunities to learn a new skill to get you into great physical condition. Each time you come to class you will experience a new workout structured around boxing fundamentals including conditioning, speed, and strength exercises. We have boxing for all ages, as well as co-ed and women's classes.

X50 Boxing Fitness Program 

  • Burn twice as many calories than using machines at the gym
  • Classes provides individual 1 on 1 time with the coach
  • Learn proper punching technique and combinations
  • Heavy bag workouts 
  • Develop hand-eye coordination
  • Practice speed and agility training, including footwork
  • Burn fat, gain muscle with full body transformations
  • Build stamina, self-discipline, and control
  • Helps provide stress relief

Kid's Fitness Program

Legends boxing provides a class for kids to come let loose and most of all have fun with learning the valuable skills that go into boxing that helps them stay active and keep fit.

 

  • Provides confidence and lessons in self-defense
  • Helps develop coordination in all aspects at a young age
  • Provides discipline and focus while channeling anger and aggression
  • Staying in great shape during the off season of their particular sport they may be in
  • Improves all levels of speed and agility to help excel them above the rest

Advanced Technical Training/Amateur Fight Team

Become legendary by being a part of Legends Boxing's very own Amateur Fight Team, where those that wish to take boxing to a competitive level, are trained with a more intense level of training, regardless of age

 

  • Advanced 1 on 1 mitt work 
  • Intense timed bag work with multiple combinations and fast-paced drills
  • Ring work (getting off and cutting opponent off etc)
  • Advanced rolling and slipping punches with pivoting
  • Sparring (requires registration with USA Boxing)
